What Can You Expect?
As everyone is well aware, we are living in unusual times. We are happy that you have made the choice to visit us. However, things are different here at The Bayside and we'd like you to be aware of what to expect when you stay with us.
While it is not mandatory, we do wear masks when guests are with us. While you may choose not to wear one, we do wish you to remember to social distance from other guests while staying with us. We provide hand sanitizer for your convenience and there is always soap in the bathroom dispensers. Frequent hand washing is still one of the best preventative measures to stop the spread of any viruses. All surfaces that are frequently touched are sanitized throughout the day.
Our coffee bar will still be available to guests as it is cleaned frequently throughout the day, but we ask you to be mindful of its use and be sure to use the sanitizer before helping yourself. Breakfast will be served in the dining room and we can accommodate two rooms at the same time while keeping social distancing (unless of course, guests are traveling together). If there are three or more rooms staying with us at the same time, breakfast times may need to be staggered and booked in advance.
We have blocked your room 24 hours prior to your arrival so that you can be sure that no one has been in your room. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot offer daily housekeeping but if you need any fresh linens or toiletries during your stay, we will be happy to provide them for you. All your bedding, as always, is freshly changed and towels are fresh as well. The glasses, ice bucket and bottled water have been sanitized and supplied for your personal use.
If you have booked directly with us, and wish to take advantage of the Book Direct/Cash Discount, we can use
e-transfer so that money does not need be handled by either of us.
We hope that no one feels that we have set too many rules in place. We want you to enjoy your stay with us and to forget about the worries and concerns of the outside world. Your health and safety are important to us. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns or questions and we will be happy to discuss then with you.
